Sady
Our story
Sady was born out of a longing for the flavours we remember from childhood. Apples straight from the tree, vegetables from the garden, jams made for the winter. Our menu is built on seasonal, local and organic produce sourced from farmers we know by name.
Head Chef
Creates a seasonal menu based on fresh, local produce, working with small artisans and suppliers from the Hala Targowa market.
His cuisine is a modern take on familiar flavours: clean form, bold ingredients and natural harmony. Every dish is created in the rhythm of nature, guided by what is at its very best each season.
Every morning he bakes his own bread using natural sourdough and fruit-based ferments, ensuring its freshness and unique flavour — from the first breakfasts through to the last dishes of the day.
A minute on where our produce comes from and how our kitchen works — from an orchard outside Kraków, through our own preserves and sourdough bread, to the plate in Grzegórzki.
